It is the worst company I have dealt with to date. I received the machine with very poor quality. The machine did not work as it should. There was an error in connecting the hoses. They did not give me technical support. There is no purchase-sale service. They did not acknowledge anything and insisted that the machine had been tested before sending, but The inspection was not tested. I brought a technician at my own expense to repair it. It cost me $1,100 and they did not acknowledge that. I also received it missing some parts, and the insulation was broken.

Our machine has been tested well before shipping, if the machine have problems we must help the customer solve it positively. we are sure the machine can worked well but the user used the wrong abrasive.we have get the video from the user that the abrasive can spary out successfully, the user can choose the suitable steel shots abrasive instead of stone and soil abrasive that can make the machine work well but we don't know why the customer asked again and again to make trouble for me, I think he only wants to get the machine with lower price

not on time. charge after charge for delivery. missing nozzles and funnels. green and red air hoses to the dead man switch assembled wrong, couldn't figure it out. cheap gaskets on the lids where you add material to pots. not very satisfied with customer service. will not be doing business with them ever again 😕
